1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Nab, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. What Nab Does

Nab helps you discover restaurant reservation availability by surfacing restaurants one at a time. When you find one you like, Nab redirects you to OpenTable or another third-party platform to complete the booking. Nab does not hold, manage, or guarantee reservations.

3. Your Account

You must sign in with a valid Google account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at nabres.sandbox@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. In-App Purchases

• Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. All transactions are subject to Apple's payment terms.
• Consumables (e.g., extra swipes) are non-refundable once used.
• Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Cancel at any time in your iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• Refund requests must be directed to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not process refunds directly.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate the app
• Interfere with the app's operation or third-party services it connects to

6. Third-Party Services

Nab links to third-party booking platforms (e.g., OpenTable). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or terms of those platforms. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

7. Disclaimers

Nab is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that restaurant availability shown in the app is accurate or that a reservation will be successfully completed. Availability data may be delayed or incomplete.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including missed reservations or booking errors.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. The effective date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
